Velle had the honor to work with a large telecommunication team, spanning across Western Canada. This leader decided a great place to start was with a competitive analysis of his two competing products. It was identified that there was significant differences in the efficiency of rolling out each of the competing software. The trick was finding out what the true challenge was and what was holding his teams back from effectively shortening their sales cycles.
